NATURE OF THE CAMPAIGN
 
• It’s a simple Yes / No Telephone Survey.

• Calling consumer in the entire United Kingdom.

• Some questions are to be asked based on criteria like Age dependant or residential status.

• The survey is compose of 20 - 30 questions.

 WHAT DO WE DO?

• We contact people in UK and ask them to take part in our simple Life Style / Consumer Survey.

• Our question is based on number of British companies we represent.

• The campaign does not ask any financial information from consumer.

• Have enough bandwidth to ensure clarify of call. There should be separate bandwidth for Data and Voice.

• Have more than 2 Telco providers in case of issues.

• Ability to upload voice files in mp3 formats to our SFTP daily or within the specified time.

• Full voice recordings of all surveys made.

• Provide a dialer and revenue report.

• 24 hour TAT for in house quality validation.

How to start?

*Send your Company Profile with Full IT infrastructure layout and Photos of the center.

*OCC team will review all documents and schedule a Skype conference.
